COUNTERFEIT THERAPIES

Our products have a security system to prevent the unauthorized distribution of counterfeit products. Great technological effort is invested in each package to ensure that you will have an original product in your hand.

This security system is applied to new packaging which has a double security system, a first physical stage in the packaging that will reveal through a security tab if the product has been tampered with and a second with an implantation of sophisticated software that will allow you to check if the product you purchased is original.

The falsification of ethical health products is a problem that is becoming increasingly important, and different therapeutic areas of expertise are affected. These counterfeit products seek to pass for authentic products, copying the packaging material, the commercial image, the logo, the information brochures, as well as the shape and colors of the original product.

In addition, they use the same lot number, expiration date and other identifying elements of the original product. Unfortunately, in the past we have been victims of these unethical organizations and have had to report these facts to the authorities since many people especially in Asian countries, as well as Mexico and others in Central and South America are victims of misleading offers of therapies, even by unethical doctors who offer the products at prices lower than the real cost. However, in the end patients spend more money due to the need to seek immediate clinical help as demonstrated on several occasions from patients who were treated clinically with the administration of fake products. 

Due to the significant legal implications regarding patient health and malpractice Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health cannot work with patients who have fallen victim to this criminal enterprise of purchasing counterfeit stem cell therapies and patients who choose to purchase uncontrolled stem cell therapies do so at their own risk and are immediately disqualified from receiving care from Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health unless legal liability countermeasures are in effect. 

PERMISSION & AUTHORIZATION REGARDING THE USE OF

SNELLING WELLNESS & INTEGRATIVE HEALTH’S SERVICES UPON RECEIVING CARE OR CONSULTATION

Upon receiving care or consultation, I specifically authorize the natural health practitioners at Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health to perform a health analysis and to develop a natural, complementary health improvement program for me which may include dietary guidelines, nutritional supplements, etc. in order to assist me in improving my health and not for the treatment or “cure” of any disease.

Upon receiving care or consultation, I understand that Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health’s services are safe, non-invasive, natural methods of analyzing the body’s physical and nutritional needs, and that deficiencies or imbalances identified on analysis could cause or contribute to various health problems.

Upon receiving care or consultation, I understand that Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health’s methods of analysis are not a method for “diagnosing” or “treating” of any disease including conditions of cancer, AIDS, infections, or other medical conditions, and that these are not being tested for or treated.

Upon receiving care or consultation, no promise or guarantee has been made regarding the results of Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health’s services or any natural health, nutrition or dietary programs recommended, but rather I understand that Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health uses a means of compiling health information by interview covering the history of illness and care of the individual seeking our services and by which the body’s natural reflexes can be used as an aid to determine possible nutritional imbalances, so that safe natural programs can be developed for the purpose of bringing about a more optimum state of health.

Furthermore, by using this website and upon receiving care and consultation with Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health I am in full agreement with the following:

1. I fully understand that Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health is a clinic with clinically trained Nutrition Response Testing practitioners as well as qualified training in Human Health and Nutrition covering aspects of Functional Medicine, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Assessment, Nutritional Analysis, Physiological Functions of Organ Systems, and Advanced Biochemical Clinical Assessment and this is NOT a substitute for a licensed medical doctor. I also understand that diagnosis or treatment for any disease or health condition is beyond the scope of Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health. If I have any disease, health problem, or health condition, I am now being advised to seek qualified advice from a licensed physician;
2. I am here as a client, on this or any subsequent visit, solely on my own behalf and not as an agent for federal, state, or local agencies on a mission of entrapment or for any investigative purposes;
3. I understand that the above named clinic – Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health – teaches clients how to build their own health through training in the effective use of life-style modification, pollution avoidance, clean air, pure water, proper foods, rest, exercise, meditation, goal orientation, positive mental attitudes, stress reduction techniques, and adjustments of factors affecting overall health;
4. I realize that any evaluations, Nutrition Response Testing clinical findings, up to and including dietary practices are not medical in nature and are not used for diagnosis or treatment of any health condition or disease. I know that such evaluations are not approved by any branch of the medical profession and are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration;
5. I understand that the review of any medical tests I bring with me is for educational and monitoring purposes only and NOT for the purpose of diagnosing or treating any disease or health condition;
6. Demonstrations on the use of muscle testing, Nutrition Response Testing, exercises, finger pressure, thumb pressure, massage, etc., are NOT to be construed as treatment for any disease or health condition;
7. Recommendations, suggestions, and reference to meals, menus, or nutritional supplements are for body rebuilding, increased stamina and energy, and general health maintenance and do NOT involve nor imply any diagnosing, prognostication or prescribing for the treatment of any disease or health condition;
8. I understand that the Nutrition Response Testing practitioners of Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health are dedicated to educating clients to help themselves to better health with emphasis on education and self-care. The body-mind-spirit philosophy of holistic health is not accepted nor recognized and agencies considered as health authorities may not agree with holistic approaches where clients must shoulder responsibilities for their own health. Educating clients in holistic health may be considered an inexact science with many variables. Results from life-style changes are neither constant nor predictable;
9. I have read and understand what is written above. My consultations with Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health and upon receiving care and by using this webpage signifies that I agree to retain the above mentioned Nutrition Response Testing practitioners to educate me through lecture, testing evaluation, Nutrition Response Testing, and demonstrations in methods available for me to help myself to improve my overall general health;
10. I have notified Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health of any and all medications and/or supplements that I take and/or existing physical and/or medical limitations or conditions; and
11. I hereby waive and hold Snelling Wellness & Integrative Health harmless from any and all claims arising from this agreement and/or participation in their nutritional program(s).
